Cropwell Bishop Creamery are very proud to have 12 dedicated farms supplying their milk.  All our farms are located in the wonderful Peak District National Park where the lush pasture gives the milk its unique characteristics for making the best and most traditional Blue Stilton Cheese. 

We believe Cropwell Bishop Stilton is the only Stilton made with this unique and unparalleled milk. 

Cropwell Bishop Creamery has very strong family values and that is why it is very important to us to source milk from small family farms that have been passed from generation to generation very much like Cropwell Bishop itself. 

We place a great emphasis on making sure our farmers are paid a price that they deserve for their exceptional milk so that they can feel secure and invest for the future.
