White Stilton

Our White Stilton is a deliciously fresh-tasting cheese, it has a crumbly but soft texture and is very smooth and creamy.

Like our Blue Stilton, White Stilton is a Protected Designation of Origin and can only be made in one of three counties - Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire from locally produced milk.

Our white Stilton pairs very well with fruit, and to complement this we are proud of our handcrafted Speciality White Stilton range, which blends this delicious cheese with a selection of the finest fruits and spices.

White Stilton is best eaten when young, at 3 or 4 weeks of age.

How to store
Our White Stilton and Speciality White Stilton should be stored in the fridge, and brought up to room temperature before eating.
