Amanda Hobbs, Cropwell Bishop Creamery's Quality Assurance Manager achieved the Master Stilton Grader certification. Amanda has been at the dairy for 18 years and is now one of only 2 people in the world to have achieved this certification - everyone at Cropwell Bishop Creamery is very proud of her!  On receiving the award Amanda said, “I am thrilled and delighted to be certified as a Master Stilton Grader.  I am fortunate to work with such a great team of really knowledgeable people at Cropwell Bishop and I'm looking forward to the future.  However right now I'm off to celebrate!”
